What Causes Pain And Tenderness Under Right Side Rib Cage?

I have pain on my right side, under the rib cage. Worse when I lay down. Cannot lay on right side. Terrible pain when I sneeze/cough or deep breathing. Right side very tender. Loss of appetite. Not gallbladder per stat scan. Completing blood work soon.

Pain on right side under rib cage that increases with deep breathing, sneeze or cough suggest pain origin fron lung, or pleura. So along with above tests get chest xray also.
