What Causes Pain And Vaginal Bleeding?

I have this pain duran being fingered earlier, then went to the toilet tonight and noticed blood on the toilet paper, so i had a look at my vagina and it was bleeding at the vulva but my hymen had a red spot on it then the other side was swollen and purple. i have been sexually active for about a year now
