What Causes Pain And Warmness In Lower Back?

I am a 50 years old female, 5'3", 230 lbs. My blood pressure is always 100/60, my cholesteral level is 150, and I have a stress test every year with my physical, and my heart functions at 97 %. The only medication I take is Advair Inhaler Disk, for slight asthma. My lower back always hurts, and is always very warm right down at the bottom of my back, while the rest of my back is not warm. Can you give me any indication as to why?
