What Causes Pain And Watery Discharge During Periods?

this morning i woke up and when i stood up out of bed a bunch of watery blood ran down both of my legs and dripped onto the floor. I started my period yesterday, not for the first time though. ive had it since i was nine and im currently 15. This has never happend before! Im also in serious pain and have been for over 12 hours now, it dosent feel like the normal cramps im used to. Im not sexually active either. Please Help! Should i go see a doctor?
