What Causes Pain Around Belly Button While Having Elevated Liver Enzyme Levels?

My 10 year old boy has had slightly elevated liver enzymes detected in two blood tests done a month apart. For the past 4 days he has complained of pain around his belly button and right side of his belly. Could it be appendicitis? It comes and goes but gets worse when he walks around etc. Are elevated liver enzymes a symptom of appendicitis by any chance?

Thanks for writing to us, let me know the levels of liver enzyme.
GENERALLY raised LFT does not indicate appendicitis.
But it is better to get surgeon opinion and get his USG done.
