What Causes Pain Around Belly Button?

Hello for about a week now I ve been feeling a pain near my belly button when I bend down. Lately when I lay down I ll feel a wet spot on the bed and a horrible odder. I also have swelling around the belly button and a oas lump inside my belly button on the left side. I need to know if this is something I should worry about or if it can easily be treated

Looking at history this could be paraumbilical hernia desmoid tumor or inflammation of umbilicus

in my opinion you should visit a general surgeon for examination and investigation like ultrasound and blood profile for confirmation of diagnosis

you may require a course of antibiotics or surgical intervention
