What Causes Pain At The Back Of Throat Radiating To The Chest?

woke up the other night with what seemed like heart burn but all the way up to my neck. I do take meds for acid reflux. That night I took a new pres for rosaica. Every time i eat or drink anything I have pain from the back of my throat to my chest. any ideas?

it can be esophageal re flux. take tab omiprazole and polycrol gel. avoid hot tea and coffee.donot take fast food or deep fried food. refrain taking alcohol and smoking.
