What Causes Pain At The End Of Urination And Pink Blood?

Hello-When I pee, at the end of the peeing, I get excruciating pain and then when when I wipe, there is pink blood on the tissue-If fact , I have to go again, and I'm putting it off because of the intense pain.

Can you tekll me whats going on? Thanks so much!

The symptoms point of either infection or stone in the bladder.
Kindly get evaluated by urine analysis and US scan, get the correct treatment and get well soon.
Home remedy includes plenty of oral fluids, cranberry juice and phenazo pyridine..
