What Causes Pain Behind The Right Ear Which Is Hurting While Chewing?

Hello My daughter is 5 and she started to complain of pain behind her right ear and I noticed that it is larger then the other side she said that it hurts sometimes even when she chews her food. No fever, dry mouth, watery eyes and this being friday I was thinking of going to urgent care or should I find an ENT or go to a children s hospital what is your thoughts thank you.

The pain that she is experiencing may be due to jaw dysfunction, so i suggest to consult a dental surgeon for further exams and proper treatment.
