What Causes Pain Below Breastbone And Diarrhea?

Experiencing pain directly below the breastbone...comes and goes...had 2 bouts of diarrhea when pain first started this morning...none since...temp was 95.7...continue to experience the pain...less often now...is it just gas or something more serious?

Muscular spasm is very likely, and the symptom of diarrhea is nothing to take this because this could be separate one, because of the poor posture you might be having pain, try to maintain good posture, for the diarrhea this could be self limiting hydration is matter here, take care, have a nice day.
