What Causes Pain Below Chest And Above The Stomach?
Hi, I ve been waking up in the middle of the night with a pain centred below the chest and above the stomach. It doesn t radiate and feels pretty intense for about 5 minutes then disappears. It normally happened once I ve eaten late at night. Any idea of what this might be?

i appreciate your concern
in my opinion it could be due to gastric ulcer or a is reflux disease
take tab pantoprazole 40 mg once daily for 10 days
avoid fried fatty and junk food
have plenty of fresh fruits and dietary fiber
if it persists go for upper GI Endoscopy
