What Causes Pain Below Ribcage?

Hi, i had gout pain and was given voren with more dosage than usual. Few days ago, i thought i had taken enough meal and took a tablet. After few hours i started feeling nauseous. The next 3 days i felt my stomache bloating, like there s gas stuck in it. I dont feel really hungry or really full but hot drink relieve me a little. I tried eating full jar of yogurt and manage to pass gasses. Now my it doesn t feel bloated but there is a stomache pain tht doesnt go away. Took a spoon of magnesium trisilicate and hot drink, it relieves but after a while the tingling pain returns. Ive totally stop taking the voren. Is this because of the voren? This never happen before. The pain is on the exact right below the ribcage, like burning sensation

Hello
Looking at your description this might be related to stomach hyperacidity triggered by voveran.
Voveran is a NSAIDS group of drugs which increases acid production in stomach especially when taken empty stomach

I would advise you to take anti acidity medicines like ranitidine or pantoprazole group of drugs with antacids for 3 to 5 days
You should avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
You can take yoghurt, curd or milk to get instant relief
If it doesn't subside than you may require an endoscopy examination by an gastroenterologist.

Please write back to me with more details like your age and relevant medical history so that I will be able to tell you more accurately
Best wishes
