Hi, I am a 31 year old male, I stand 5' 8" tall and weigh 225lbs. I have very high blood pressure of about 206/103. It was high even when I was a Fit healthy Marine of 23 years old. I have pain frequently in my right side just behind the lower ribs, especially when I wake up in the morning. Also, i have noticed a bad urine odor at the same time. I wonder if this could be kidney related? If not then should i be worried?
