Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Pain in the left loin may be due to muscle spasm or renal pain or splenic pain or ureteric pain or pain due to bowel obstruction or due to gastritis. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. use tablet Tramadol and paracetamol twice a day for five days. Take rest, if symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and do scan abdomen then treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
