What Causes Pain Beneath The Left Leg While Sitting?
The back of my left leg and but hurt if I sit in a certain position. Sometimes can only ride in a car for 15 minutes before pain starts. Sitting on a chair lift while skiing cause not pain. Also while walking notice back of left leg hurts. But area seems to hurt the most.

It might be due to musculoskeletal pain.
As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Diclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms are severe you can consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. A Doppler scan is also needed to rule out a peripheral vascular disease.
