What Causes Pain Between Ribs Along With Diarrhea In A Diabetic Patient?

I am a 53 y/o female and am a type 1 diabetic. I am having ruq pain also the pain is in the mid belly between the rib cage. I also have a light green, watery, greasy diarrhea that has a strong smell of methane gas. I have this at lease 4 times a week and sometimes it last all night long. Antacids, PPIs and Pepto do not help. any suggestions on what this might be?

Dear- patient with diabetes mellitus can have irrwgular bowel movements and digestive problems. however, it is important to evaluate is this is a new problem or not, if it is accompanied by fever or any other symptoms. You will need to get samples of the still for regular and parasite culture.
