What Causes Pain During Bowel Movement After Having An Abortion?

I recently had an abortion (a week today) and the bleeding has pretty much stopped but I'm really struggling with bowel movement and the pain is worsening. I've been taking the usual fibre gels and drinking lots to help but I'm worried as my stomach is cramping up. Is this something to worry about?

Thank you
Natalie
