Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to haemorrhoids.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Add fiber to your diet slowly to avoid problems with gas.
-Use topical treatments. Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream, suppository containing hydrocortisone, use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
-Soak regularly in a warm or sitz bath.

Hope my answer was helpful.

Kind regards!
