What Causes Pain During Intercourse Post Hysterectomy?
Hello, In 2010 I had a complete hysterectomy. Since then I have had a lot of pain when I have intercourse. My husband can t even get his finger in my vagina, let alone his penis. what do you think is going on? I am getting ready to go to a gynecologist to find out what I can do about it in a couple weeks. I just don t know what to expect, very nervous about the situation. Thank You.

Hi, I think you can be having small vagina because of hysterectomy or may be due to atrophic vaginitis due to menopause. You can apply some lubricants or may use some estrogen cream locally. Hope this helps.
