What Causes Pain During Passing Stools?

18, 6'0, I do not know my weight,And I go to the ER when I need a doctor because my docter is too far away,
When I pee it hurts hoooorrriibbblllyyyyy, and theres black stuff arou d my peehole, and Im hoping its not serious but I think ot has something to do with me masturbating, ButId like toknow what this is

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Your question heading asks about pain during passing motion but the description or detailing talks about urinary symptoms asking about painful urination with black thing at peehole.
Well, the commonest cause of pain during passing motion is a fissure in ano and I would advise you the following:
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Laxatives to keep stool soft.
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, per-rectal digital examination, ano-proctoscopy if pain permits and also examination of scrotum, penis and prostate for urinary symptoms.
Also get the urine, stool and blood tests.
This will give the best possible diagnosis aided by ultrasonography of the whole abdomen.
Get treated accordingly.
