What Causes Pain During Urination And Dark Colored Urine?

Hi, my mom, aged 57 with BMI 24, has tea-colored urine thrice in the past 4 days and claimed that she had very mild painful feeling during urination once. Apart from getting a bit stress (because she is going to have a long vacation and is busy with packing), she did not have anything unusual. My mom did not eat any food that might change her urine color and she is not on medication. Last week she had some aerobic exercise (20-30 min each time for 3 times) but she did not compliant for any muscle discomfort. Thanks!
