What Causes Pain During Urination And White Spotting While Suffering From Hydrocele?

I am male 32 years, i have mild hydrocile(at last march-14 checked at jammu) ,main Problem is i am suffering with pain at time urine, and also low white drops also coming after urine. I am doing Job at Jammu and Kashmir at Pesticides company. I am facing problem at Jammu only. When i went to andhra Pradesh i.e my native place , i am feeling good and also there is no pain but Urine problem is there . At andhra i am showing this two doctors, and they said in it is no problem. please give reply.

Hi,

Hydrocele is not related to the urinary discharge however, you should get operated for the same as it will continue to remain same in size or may increase it further. The issue of urinary discharge needs to be investigated by getting a urine routine and urine culture tests done to rule out any urinary infection.

The discharge also could be due to retrograde ejaculation during orgasm in which the semen instead of coming out goes back into the bladder and comes out during urination later. You must visit a urologist for carrying out further tests including a bladder check up, keeping your job at a pesticide company in view. If all the tests come out normal then you can ignore the symptoms however, if it is due to retrograde ejaculation then there are medications like Pheniramine and Pseudoephedrine which can be advised by a urologist.
