What Causes Pain During Urination Despite A Normal Urine Test Report?

Good day. I feel pain when I am urinating, besides that I can not hold it whenever I feel like urinating. I went to hospital in October 2017, I have done all the relevant urine tests, and everything was negative. The Dr. did not prescribe me any medicine, and the problem is still existing. What should I do?
