What Causes Pain During Urination?

I have great pain in urine pipe, I can not hold myself , just a bit of urine make me feel immediate need to go to WC and it comes with great burning . As long as I am laying or sitting , have no problem as soon as i stand up i feel that i need to go toWC

* Needs evaluation with urine microscopy and management with proper
