What Causes Pain During Urination?

im 5 foot 7,female,23 years old.it hurts alot when i pee and when im not peeing,i still have strong pains in that area,they make me want to scream.when i pee i can see blood and red floaty chunks.i have antibiotics and painkillers but they arnt helping.its been 2 days on the meds oh i also get UTI'S alot like once every 2months,i have a small bladder 2,had it checked but this pain and bloody flesh stuff is the first ive seen/felt im also 58kgs
