What Causes Pain During Urination?

hello, I have a quick question so I just went to pee right now and it kinda had a stinging pain not too much. But after I was done I felt like more and more was gonna come out but only a few drops came out and the tip of the penis started to hurt. It happened 3-4 times after I peed. What could be wrong?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to UTI (cystitis, urethritis).
It cause Frequent urination, but passing only a small amount of urine each time.
I would suggest to consult the primary care physician and undergo urine routine and microscopic test to confirm the cause.
Doctor will give following advises:
Tablet septran DS or nitrozolium
Tablet pyridium
Syrup cital, 5-10 ml three times a day
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene
