What Causes Pain From Ankle To The Bottom?

Hi my name is Ashley, I am 31 years old. For the last two days i have had a pain frim my ankle to my bottom. The pain started frommy ankle to thr middle of my calf amd has now moved all the way up. Could this be a blood clot? I have not had anything happen to my leg or ankle. Could this be from wearing bad shoes, just more pains from my anxiety or couldit be a blood clot. My skin is not discolored its not hot or cold. Please help i have been worried for two days.

Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the arthritis of the ankle joint,or the sprain of the joint.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotrophic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically till the pain is under the control.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till the pains are completely controlled.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
