What Causes Pain From The Heel To The Toe?

pain in my heal and lower instep radiating up into my 2nd toe. Thought it was getting better with a change in shoes and limited activity over about a week. Ran today and it is significantly worse. pain when stretching or twisting my foot, pain when bearing weight.

As per your description it seems like plantar fasciitis. As of now, you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac for pain. If you are obese, you have to lose extra weight. If pain persist, consult an orthopedic and get evaluated, in that case you may require steroid injection to the sole of foot.
