What Causes Pain In Abdomen And Testicles?

It is my son who has been having pain in abdomen and testicles. He is a construction worker but is a superintendent and does do most of the manual labor. Is there a cord that leads into the testicles that could be injured. He has three boys and they are all in sports and may become rowdy at times.

Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
Your concern is understandable.
As an Urologist, let me advise you, that pain from abdomen can radiate to testis, and vice-versa. That's due to pain transmitted by a nerve.
After examination, a doctor can localize the possibility of either of them.
Accordingly, an ultrasound abdomen should be able to find out the origin of the pain. If there's an injury over the testis, there will be swelling there.
Hope your doubt is cleared and your son has a speedy recovery.
