                               Hello Doctor, iam a 23/m , for the last wo days i had pain while passing motion . i then went to a hospital and was asked to meet the available duty doctor there , it was a lady doctor . I went in to the doctors office ,i told i had problem while passing motion then she asked me to ly down on the table straigth , the doctor was accompained with two nurses . she asked the nurse to take bloode pressure and it was 159 . then she asked me questions like did u feel any stomach pain while passing , did u take strain to pass , then did u feel like vomiting and lastly did u feel like some thing obstructing. i replied her that i didnot feel any stomach , no vomiting sensation but i do felt like some thing obstructing while passing . then the doctor told me that she need to do a rectal examination and i said ok . she asked me to remove all my dress and ly doen . i was little nervous because they were a lady doctor along with two nurses who were looking at me .. the doctor asked the nurse to take gloves and then some jelly .. she asked me to ly down sideways and asked me to lift my right leg till my chest and told to keep my left leg straight..
