After my work out today (nothing hurt during workout) after I sat for awhile my ankle felt like it was stuck and needed to pop. I rotated it a bit and walked. The more I walked the more it hurt. Hurts when I try to flex it up but not when I point it down.
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you got sprain your ankle . It hurts to move your ankle in dorsiflexion but not in planterflexion. You can walk but with more pain.Its treatment is rest to part(immobilization). Putting ice is useful .
