What Causes Pain In Anus Along With Blood During Bowel Movements?

Hello,For over a year now i have had a pain around my anus, I cannot recall how or when it started happening but lately it has been more noticeable. Its not only a pain, but their is usually always blood when i wipe and a couple times there were huge amounts of blood during bowl movements. There is also a slight pain when i urinate and i have worse body oder between my legs then in my arm pits...

Dear you may be suffering from fissure in ano along with urinary infection. Eat green leafy vegetables and hi fiber diet, regular exercise.
Avoid oily spicy food and alcohol. Syrp. Duphalac 30ml at night time for 5days. Maintain good personal hygiene.

If symptoms not improved consult your surgeon he will examine the area and treat you accordingly.
