What Causes Pain In Anus And Blood In Stools?

My 6 year old son is complaining of anal pains? He had a bowel movement two days ago, and when wiping his backside, noticed a spot of blood. He has been trying to use the toilet again but says it hurts and he's afraid to go because it. Normally he is very regular. Apart from this, he's active and has been eating loads of fruit (blackberries and plums being his favourite this week). What should I do?

Dear have you observed his stools while passing is it hard??? Any blood in stools?? It is difficult to say until unless examination done, possibly he is having constipation so there is chances he is having fissure in ano. Use syrp Duphalac 15ml at night before bed time.other possible causes infection, juvenile polyps, chrons and ulcerative colitis etc.. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
