What Causes Pain In Arm?
I have been experiencing left arm pain on and off for a while now. Today the pain is worse and actually takes my breath away. I have been resting all day as I had a toenail removed so I know it s not caused by anything physical . It s been there all day since I left the doctors surgery Could it be anxiety.?

As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.
