What Causes Pain In Arms From Deltoid To Elbow?

My aunt has severe pain in both arms starting from deltoid area upto the elbow. Pain worsens on lifting heavy objects. She cnt fold her hand too. Sometimes der is numbness on the radial side of the fingers i.e. thumb,index n middle finger. What is the diagnosis? And please recommend treatmnt too.

Treatment of it is Diacerine, glucosamine, Mecobalamin and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Neck exercises is helpful.
