What Causes Pain In Back And Leg In A 72 Year Old?

Hi, My father of Age 72, namely Fazl-e-Mabood. He have probem now a days at back. Pain occures & on Right Leg Pain as well as paws become not working properly. We did his test of MRI, which shows in result are as under,

1 Diffuse postrior disc bulge at L3-L4 intervertebral disc level with bilateral exit canals narrowing and nerve root compression.
2 Diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 intervertebral disc level with para vertiebral soft tissues mass mainly on left side, which is hypo intense on T1WI and disc byper intense on T2WI. Constast enhanced study advised.
3. Diffuse disc bulge is also noted at L5-S1 intervertebral disc level with bilateral exit canal narowing and nerve root compression.
Kindly help me in this regard, what should we do for quick recovery/

Dear in my opinion your father should go for surgery to get relief of pain. Age is no bar for surgery. Anaesthestist will decide for fitness for surgery.
If your father is my patient i will prefer surgery to get relief of pain and disability
