What Causes Pain In Back Especially Under Scapula?

am always having pains at my back especially under the scapula. I do feel the pain seriously whenever i wake up. But after several walk at the office and use of paracetamol, i will get a little bit relieved. Each time i go to the hospital the doctors always give me pain relief. Recently i was given a herbal tea. please what do i do.

Hi,
it seems that due to stiffness of scapular muscles you get this problem.
This might be due to lack of physical exercises.
Go for shoulder exercises daily.
apply analgesic, muscle relaxant cream locally.
