What Causes Pain In Belly Button And Vaginal Itching During Urination?

Hi, i am randomly sexually active. The day after a week of been active again, i noticed that my urine smell as though i had taken some medications. Also, i have this pulling pain from my belly button when i pee and i feel this slight itch (almost nice) in my vagina. What could it be? Pls help!

Hi,

I would like to know if there is any burning urination along with the pulling pain from the belly pain, it can be due to a stone in the urinary tract by doing an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis, we will come to know more about it.

I would also like to know if you have any fever and if there is any discharge from the genital region, itching and smell, with discharge can be due to infection, which is highly seen in a person who is sexually active. Culture and sensitivity of the discharge and the urine will tell us more about it.
