Please help! I feel like earthquake at around 9pm. When I sleep I feel my whole face is beating like pulse. I feel like blood rushing. I can feel the pulse beating sensation around jawline, hands. There is constant pain between eyebrows. I pee so often like every hour( in 6 hours-8times) and pass poo minimun 3 types a day. At night just after lying in bed I can hear my heart beat so loud,it is hard to get sleep. Once I fall asleep i woke up all of a sudden in around 1 hour and then again I have to go to sleep and only wake in morning. I have done MRI, CT scan, ECG, Blood test, urine test and as per the doc everything is normal. What should I do? Help me.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I passed carefully through your question and would recommend performing further tests to investigate for the possible causes underlying your complaints:

- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction
- blood electrolytes
- vitamin D and vitamin B12 plasma levels for possible deficiency.

If all the above tests result normal, I would recommend considering anxiety as a possible cause of your complaints.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
