Hello ! if blood work up etc is all normal , it should be mostly some neuro-musculoskeletal issue.
Have you had any relieving massages or tried any regular stretching program ?
Swimming could be another option and stretching in the water is an excellent way of relieving aches and pains, caused due to stiffness in muscles. Make sure you are consistent with the exercise program to appreciate some considerable results.
However , before initiating anything , I suggest you get yourself evaluated by a physio who will be able to look into much details, for issues related to muscles ( tightness , trigger points etc ) and if need be refer you to the appropriate specialty.
