What Causes Pain In Chest And Shoulder After An Injury?

i got into an accident and i believe got some whiplash. i had gotten some xrays done at the hospital the day of the accident and the doctor said nothing was broken. im getting alot of pain in my chest and shoulder and sharp pains running down my right arm. what should i do?

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac/Serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
