What Causes Pain In Chest, Lower Abdomen And Lower Back?
I am 65 years old [female] and I have been experiencing chest pains and pain in my upper back [rt side] and pain under my left breast for the past 2 days. In addition I have left sided abdominal pain that radiates to my lower back. Is it anything I should be concerned about?
HI Welcome to HCM i appreciate your concern Left sided chest pain under the breast which couldbe due to heart disease probably an ischaemia induced pain
please visit a cardiologist immediately for an ECG and blood test for cardiac markers after initial examination and recording of BP
other possibilities could be chronic pancreatitis or stomach hyperacidity you can ask for an ultrasound abdomen and an upper GI endoscopy
complete bed rest have plenty of fluids avoid fatty fried and spicy food and carbonated drinks
