What Causes Pain In Collar Bone Area While Breathing?

I was in my bed yesterday and I cracked my neck and I think I pulled a muscle because after that my collar bone area started hurting when I was breathing and my lower left side of my stomach was hurting as well and I started crying because I was in so Mich pain trying to breathe . I do have asthma AMD I took my inhaler and it didn t stop so then I did meditation and practised breathing slowly and then it stopped and now it hurts again I was going to go to the hospital but I had school and the pain stopped hurting but its back now and I m only 14 years old I don t want to doe please tell me what is wrong with me
