Hello,

As you have a past surgical history and also scoliosis with limb length discrepancy than it directs me to the nerve root entrapment in the cervical region due to muscle Imbalance or change in the curvature of the cervical spine.

As the pain is radiating in nature we should opt for a CT or X-ray to rule out the factor.

A cervical neck collar will help reduce the compression and hot water fermentation will reduce the muscle spasm. Doing static neck exercises and upper limb strengthening exercises will help reduce the symptoms altogether.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
