What Causes Pain In Finger Joints?

I suffered a sickness of some type a couple of weeks ago: weak, feverish, and a great amount of pain in my spine (old injury area), and a extremely painful finger joints. The fingers were crippling. Most of it went away in a few days, but the fingers are still feeling a tad sore. My son was 250 miles away in philly, pa and was sick 5 days prior with some of the same symptoms, even tho we haven t been near each other in 3 months. He didn t have the body aches so much, and neither had any sniffles, congestion, etc. My first thoughts were that whatever this was brought out some of my old injuries and more severe arthritus.

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you may be suffering from arthritis .This does not seem me to be related to old injury. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You should got yourself investigated for vitamin deficiencies, rheumatoid arthritis ,gout etc. You can take empirically VitaminD3, Evion LC and be complex. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
