Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It seems to be planter fascitis, check your vitamin D and B12 level, use silicon heal pad, give hot fomentation, do foot stretching exercises, apply diclofenac gel.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jaideep Gaver, Orthopedic Surgeon
