What Causes Pain In Hip After Taking PRP Injection?

I had PRP injection on my hip 3 1/2 weeks ago and the pain is much worse than when I went in. Is it normal for it to be worse before it gets better. My biggest concern is it ok to take pain Meds For this long? Also I m not clear how long the recovery time is. it s very hard not to use your hip Do you have any suggestions

Sir first and foremost its essential to know why was PRP given was it given of OA or any other indication.
Now pain increase after PRP can occur. But this settles in a week or two.
Take analgesics till then.
