What Causes Pain In Hip After Urination?

I have a pain in my right hip after urinating, it seems to get worse if I immediately stand up after urination but goes away with in a few minutes. I also urinate about 4-5 times before falling asleep, have cramping all month and extreme cramping the first day of my period (to the point where I can t get out of bed.) I have been experiencing leg and back pain as well as nausea. What are these symptomes caused by?

It might be due to UTI
Get an urine routine examination done.
Drink plenty of water.
Drink cranberry juice.
Requirement of medicines can be decided based on the investigation report.
