What Causes Pain In Hip And Back?

I fell off a step 6 months ago (3 ft. drop) and fell on my left knee. It hurt and after a couple weeks went to Dr. because my hip and back also hurt. After MRI and Xrays on my knee, hip and back nothing was found. I used a walker for 3 months and now I am not using the walker but can barely walk with pain in lower back and in front of hip...no Drs. can tell me what is wrong and it is very debilitating and frustrating. They want to go in a scope my knee but I am not so sure it is just in my knee. Pain pills don't help but laying flat does help the pain.....thank you! I am 59 never been sick but had a back fracture 5-8 years ago from lifting 80 lbs. and twisting and a little overweight....
