As we age, our risk for osteoporosis increases. Osteoporosis is a condition characterised by weak and porous bones due to calcium deficiency in our body. The risk is higher in females especially after menopause. You can go for a bone density scan to determine any risk. Avoid too much walking till the condition is diagnosed. Take care.
